ANCESTRA is a Species-Specific prebiotic – probiotic – postbiotic just for dogs!

digestive system that can be disrupted by stress, diet, medications or illness. A diverse, balanced and healthy microbiome

comes from having a range of Species Appropriate fresh foods in the diet but sometimes supplementation is beneficial.

ANCESTRA contains all three “biotics” to potentially alleviate digestive issues in dogs, such as diarrhea, constipation, leaky gut and irritable bowel syndrome. It can also help strengthen the immune system, making dogs more resistant to infections and diseases. Additionally, ANCESTRA may help manage allergies through regulation of the immune response, reducing inflammation.

The probiotic strains in ANCESTRA have been isolated from freshly voided faeces of healthy animal donors. This unique combination of microbes has undergone assessment in vitro and in vivo which shows that this species-specific probiotic can colonize in the gut.

ANCESTRA offers palatability, safety and the ability to survive gastric digestion, locating in the large intestine (adhere and colonize) and proliferate.

ANCESTRA can influence microbiome microbial populations and increase the production of SCFA (short-chain fatty acids). It offers defence against pathogenic bacteria, may reduce infection and inflammation, and increase nutrient absorption.
