We use whole goats milk, add 2 probiotic enzymes and then culture the milk for 10 days. The finished product is a Raw Fermented Goat Milk that could also be called a Kefir.

Our Raw Goat Milk is not pasteurized. Its unaltered nutritional profile and naturally occurring beneficial bacteria offer a wholesome array of vitamins, minerals, and beneficial enzymes, which benefits gut health and immune system support.

This is NOT the same as goat milk you may find on your local grocery store shelves.
